Users may cancel their service or subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused time after cancellation.
We maintain a strict but fair refund policy:
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Payment deducted but service not activated
Technical error from our system
Change of mind after purchase
Partial usage of services
Subscription renewal charges
Violation of terms or misuse of services
This is standard practice in many digital/service platforms where “paid fees are generally non-refundable once service is accessed.”

Reason for refund
📌 Requests must be submitted within 7 days of transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
All subscriptions are auto-renewable unless cancelled
Cancellation stops future billing only
Current plan remains active until expiry
